1. Use of Website
This website is provided for informational purposes, event registration, and donations. Users interact with the site as guests and do not create accounts.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel registrations, or restrict access at our discretion.
2. Event Registration & Participation
Events may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
All event registration fees are non-refundable.
Participants are responsible for bringing their own coolers or containers to transport prepared meals.
Events are adults only.
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Participation in events includes food handling and light physical activity. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
All participants must complete a liability waiver prior to attending events. The Nourished Homefront is not responsible for:
Food allergies or adverse reactions
Personal injuries
Loss, theft, or damage of personal property
4. Donations
Donations are processed through third-party platforms and are non-refundable. The Nourished Homefront reserves the right to allocate donated funds at its discretion to support programs, scholarships, and operational needs.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Nourished Homefront and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
6. Values & Inclusion
The Nourished Homefront is guided by values of care, community, and nourishment. Participation in events is open to all eligible military spouses regardless of background or beliefs.
